"We are pleased to be working with NORCAS to support changes in line with their vision" - Rachel Blackburn
Rachel Blackburn, pictured with Eileen Alsaie, Rebecca Topping and Rebecca Healey from the British Embassy in Bahrain at the end of May, as part of the first phase of our expansion into the Gulf Region.
Cathy Jeffries, Senior Manager, Capita, joined Rachel Blackburn for an interesting evening where Ann Widdecombe MP provided the entertainment with tales of her diverse experiences from recent years.
We organised for David MacLeod, co author of The Extra Mile, a book about how to tap into your team members' discretionary effort, to deliver a most engaging session for one of our clients as part of their ongoing management development strategy.
Please contact us if you wish to consider how improving employee engagement could be the key to helping you achieve your organisation's goals.
Rachel Blackburn met with HE Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the Middle East Association in London prior to the first US2U Consulting visit to Bahrain in May 2009
Following another challenging but yet successful year we are pleased to celebrate our third anniversary. A big thank you to all of our clients and suppliers who have supported us during the last three years. We look forward to continuing to "achieve success together" in the future.
Rachel Blackburn visited Goodman Fielder, Australasia's leading listed food company, in Sydney as part of the international business development strategy. It was interesting to note the priorities and challenges facing a company that has been of part of daily life for a century and where generations of Australians and New Zealanders have grown up with their brands in their kitchens. Oliver Flint, Commercial Operations Director, said, "We have a great opportunity to develop the behaviours and culture as we pursue manufacturing efficiency, optimise the logistics platform and invest in brand support".
For the third consecutive year US2U Consulting supported the Norfolk Recruitment Awards and sponsored the flowers.
It was a glitzy, black tie evening and everyone had a great night. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists. Despite some difficult trading conditions the outlook of the industry was forward looking, taking a positive approach towards 2009.
