Converting Stress into Opportunity: Our work with client ASAMS featured in Wind Energy Network Magazine

We are pleased to have seen our successful working relationship with Great Yarmouth based client ASAMS Ltd featured in Wind Energy Network Magazine, in a story which focuses on the Mental Health and Stress Awareness training we have been delivering with the metals-testing business.

The unprecedented and relentless challenges posed by the pandemic have presented risks to positive mental health, both at home and in the workplace. Over the last few months we have worked with our client ASAMS to provide a Mental Health and Stress Awareness programme to staff, which has benefitted individuals and the business.

We worked with the company to identify the needs of their team, and potential pressure points within their specific job roles. An up to date Mental Health Policy was created and training provided to recognise the signs of poor mental health, as well as presenting a practical framework for improving such a situation - both in oneself and with colleagues.

As reopening continues, many factors will contribute to a successful return to the workplace. For guidance on how to overcome any potential mental health challenges associated with what will be another significant shift in behaviours and work routines, contact US2U Consulting as we can provide practical support in this area.
